Booking & Cancellation Policy

All treatments require a 50% deposit, please note your booking will not be secured until the deposit is paid.

All deposits are non-refundable however can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. If you have to cancel/change the rescheduled appointment you will loose the original deposit and be required to pay a new one.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost

This helps me manage my diary fairly and offer appointments to those on the waiting list.

Patch Testing - All lash treatments will require a patch test at least 24hrs prior to your treatment. Please make sure you book this when making your appointment online by selecting patch test section.

If you arrive early to your appointment please wait in your car until your appointment time, unless i have messaged saying its okay to come in.

               New Measures Due to Covid-19

• Please attend appointments on time, no earlier, no later. This is to give me time to clean in between each client & avoids you bumping into each other.
• Please come to your appointment alone, no friends or relatives. This is strictly 1-1 contact only.
• Masks & Hand sanitiser will be provided on arrival & to be used throughout appointments.
• I will only be accepting bank transfers or card payments, No cash!
• Please do not come to your appointment if you feel unwell or run down or if a family member you live with does. This is to keep me, all of you & our families & friends well & safe.
